The Airline Management Diploma was a great opportunity to develop my knowledge and to mirror my professional experience with the expertise of my class-mates and the content of the lectures. My motivation to take the diploma was to catch-up with new developments as the airline world changes so fast. IATA is a great place to fulfill my motivation in terms of gathering information on the current developments in the airline environment and being updated with the latest management frameworks

The IATA Airline Management Diploma was very informative, and many of the case studies applied to my current work situation, and I learned a lot about strategies, which will enable me to cut costs in my operations. The delivery method was clear, the tutor was fantastic, and we had some very interesting discussions.
