The IATA Operational Safety Audit program (IOSA) provides for a worldwide accepted standard, enabling and maximizing the joint use of audit reports. This has saved the industry over 6400 redundant audits and continues to lead to extensive cost-savings for IOSA participating airlines.
IATA is the custodian of the audit reports while operators remain the owners.
IOSA audit reports can be shared with airlines, regulators, and corporations, upon request.
How to request a report
- IOSA registered operators: simply go to the IOSA Repository system.
If you are not a user yet, write us at iosa@iata.org. See the IOSA Repository user guide for your reference. - Non-IOSA registered entities: please complete this request form (doc) and return it to the IOSA team at iosa@iata.org.
